Southwest Oklahoma Community Action Group offers several services designed to increase the availability of ample, affordable housing in Southwest Oklahoma. We service Harmon and Jackson counties. SOCAG currently owns 34 properties, available as rental homes to qualifying families or individuals under our Affordable Housing guidelines.
Income eligibility requirements must be met to qualify for Affordable Housing under SOCAG. The income guidelines are based on the number of family members in the household and are similar to HUD guidelines. We also have a grant through USDA Rural Development Housing.
