Lincoln PreK tried new vegetables today. We tried Romanesco Broccoli and compared it to regular cauliflower and broccoli. We also got to taste a Watermelon Radish. There were thumbs up from some and thumbs down from others. Children who try new foods are more likely to have a more varied diet later in life!
